If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. From receiving the product, you have three days within which to return the item - except for schools, who have 30 days within which to do so& if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The cost of the goods will be refunded - so long as your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Within five working days, all concerns will be individually acknowledged. We will work with you to find a solution within seven working days. Complaints will be kept on file so that we can keep track of them (for internal use only).
